This service level includes Gold technical support plus a strategic manager who will formally present the status of your IT infrastructure and make strategic recommendations on a monthly basis. This service is recommended for businesses undergoing rapid change or of a size requiring a CIO / Senior IT Manager

Gold - Unlimited Technical Support
The Gold package gives you complete technical support both remotely and onsite. It also includes rebuilding your servers should they crash at no additional charge - complete peace of mind service. We recommend this service for clients who have a network but no internal technical resource, or for larger companies requiring technicians for backup or special projects.

Silver - Unlimited Remote Support
The Silver package gives you remote technical support. Onsite support is then charged at an hourly rate should it be required. This service is recommended for larger companies who have internal IT resources however require 1st to 2nd level remote helpdesk support or an overflow support desk.
